Since we seem to have a good number of Slade and Frank fans on this board, I thought this would be a good fight.

RULES
*Slade gets his enhanced mental capacity as it relates to his intelligence but no enhanced reflexes, strength, speed, regeneration, immortality, or senses.

*For weapons and armor both only have access to a standard SWAT team armory

*They fight at night in an empty city in a roughly square mile in area

*They start out on opposite sides

*And needless to say, they are both bloodlusted

Who wins?

if he has his intelligence, he has his reflexes... they are a result of him being able to percieve every possible outcome of every action in the fight...

but if you mean just to slow him down so he cant dodge bullets, then slade still wins... for the same reason, he would know exactly how to react

Knowing these two, they'd be trying to steer each other into traps, so I don't know, personally. Maybe if Punisher puts an arrow in his eye that doesn't work?

It only takes Slade a few seconds longer to win, as Kontraz stated.

If you take away all of Slade's enhancemtns you have essentially the punisher. However since he gets to keep his accelerated brain process he sitll wins and quite handily as well. He can still see the confrontation happening a dozen different ways in his head and can still body read Frank.

No, all he has is his enhanced intelligence but only human reflexes. Now if he can calculate in his mind where a bullets trajectory would take it and move to block it, that is find. But he can only move at a normal human speed. For example if Frank empties a full clip at him, Slade might be able to block a bullet or two but not all of them.

Basically he can use his intelligence to plan, set traps, and to possibly learn Franks fighting style (although with this much firepower I doubt it gets to h2h fighting), but not to do anything "superhuman". I should have made that clearer.

I don't think its too much of an advantage as Frank has killed almost all of the superheros in Marvel before, even though it was in an alternate universe.

Slade still wins.

I'd say Deathstroke would own this fight just as hard as he owns every other fight he would have with Punisher. Taking away physical advantages is just fine and dandy, as Slade is still one of the top martial artists on DC Earth. (assuming you keep him near peak human) Weapons wise, Slade outclasses Frank, especially with the aid of his eyepatch. Slade's intelligence and analytical mind STILL far outclass Punisher's skills. Basically, whatever Punisher can do, Slade can do better. If you simply lower some of his traits to Frank's level, the ones that remain untouched will still be better, while the lowered ones will be equal. Short of crippling him to the point where every single one of his attributes is lowered pretty significantly, Slade ALWAYS beats Punisher. He's simply in a different league.

See, Slade isn't a team wrecker because he can bench 2-5 tons, or because he can dodge bullets point blank after they leave the barrel of the gun, or because he can heal from having his brains blown out in a half hour.
Slade is a team wrecker because he's superhumanly intelligent and top 5 h2h martial artists in D.C. along with being a expert in all forms of weaponry.

The stipulations you gave basically makes Slade Punisher, but with superhuman intelligence, better skills in h2h and better skills in weapons. Plus he'd still see life in slow-mo due to his brainpower.

Punisher gets a severe beating.

I could have sworn it's Hellsing.... but it's not.

Anyways, Slade wins this fight 7/10 IMO. His reflexes are incredible. He can dodge bullets, his H2H ranked at the 5th of all time in the DCU last time I checked.... and he has just as good weapons as Punisher. Close fight, I reckon he'd get wounded, but he could still kill Frank if he was fighting prime.
