I think I said Madam Rouge would win...But I don't know why I said that.

Plastic Man doesn't just stretch. He can literally become other things. He's almost like having a shape shifter mixed with stretching powers.

Plastic Man should win.

Plastic Man is the ultimate in stretch.
Unless she bring something else to the table, she's finished.

Madam rouge does more than strech she can also morph into diffrent things as seen in recent Teen Titans issues where she morphed into a crow and a bulll. She also has shown to be able to stretch simillarly to Plasttic Man.

Anyways I'd still say Plas wins 8-9/10 though

Plas is one of the most powerful and underestimated chareters in DC, he'll fustrate madam Rogue into giving up all while singing the song " anything you can do, I can do better" .

Plas's powers have no limits, he thinks it, he becomes it.

Rogue is not a match for Changeling.

Tell me Billy, who do YOU think wins?

P-man's good, but Rouge is a cold blooded killer. i think she might actually win simply b/c plas isn't serious enough.

It's pretty impossible to kill Plastic Man

Plas takes it 10/10 it isn't even close.

Plas could just grow himself 50 ft tall and step on her, repeatedly.

she can stretch just like him, plus she's a straight killer.
