The Star Stalker is very powerful. Team Marvel wins.

^When it absorbs energy, it becomes vulnerable to heat.

I'd have to go with the JLA but with the Star Stalker and the Black Dragon, they will have their hands full.

JUSTICE LEAGUE,but that marvel team was pretty coll they could problaby beat some other teams if they were really a unit.
