On what level is Bishop able to do this....? Can he become Spiderman quick....or would that be overdoing it?

Umm... I remember him uprooting a decent sized tree and chucking it at some bad guys in Uncanny X-men. He couldn't fit his arms all the way around the trunk IIRC. And in X-treme X-men he was taking on multiple mutant adversaries of varying owers, at elast a couple of which had super strength. He doesn't seem to amp his speed nearly as much as his strength, stamina and durability. He's pretty quick on his own, though. He's plucked a bullet out of the air without knowing it was being shot beforehand in District X, and there was no evidence that he had been walking around amped up at the time.
