The being known as Atlez was the custodian of the Marvel Multiverse, his task was that of monitoring the various realities of the Marvel Universe, keeping them maintained and from tumbling into the Cosmic Abyss. He must be pretty powerful to watch over Mutiverses I would think.

it says he has the power to anchour a whole UNIVERSE not a multiverse thats what your bio's say anyway

He's the anchor of 616 and no more according to the bio, and even says there's others like him for the other realities.
