Would she absorb his electrical attacks or would electro simply drain her of all of her electricity.... and when drained would she simply re absorb it right back causing electro to re re absorb it?
Don't really know much about the New x-men to make a decision on who would win. but the spidey vilians do have the experince and who would be able to take down venom?
I wouldn't do this for anybody but you Black Adam (and I better get some damn funny gifs for the trouble

)
Surge http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surge_%28comics%29
Surge absorbs electricity at all times: from static in the air, electical appliances, outlets, etc (often causing lights to flicker, etc). She can't control the absorption, and thus must wear specifically-designed gauntlets at all times to regulate it. She can discharge the energy through lightning blasts or channel it into bursts of superspeed. If she takes in too much energy, it causes mental overloads which cause her to speak too fast, scatters her thinking and worsens her control over the blasts.
Hellion http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hellion_%28comics%29
Hellion is a telekinetic. He is able to fly at subsonic speeds, create impenetrable force barriers and manipulate objects from a distance. He has telekinetic abilities comparable to Psylocke and Jean Grey. Unlike Psylocke or Jean Grey, however, Hellion does not possess telepathy in addition to his telekinetic abilities. He is also highly trained in martial arts.
Elixir http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elixir_%28comics%29
Elixir is an Omega Class Mutant, capable of controlling the biological structure of his own and other people's bodies. Currently, however, he doesn't know this, and only uses his powers for healing, which he is very good at. He has successfully healed broken bones, severe burns and even a mortal stab through the chest. His ability is close proximity - he tends to touch his targets, but can heal through clothing.
At present, Elixir has also restored Wolfsbane's powers and (possibly) turned himself gold
Dust http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dust_%28comics%29
Dust can turn herself into a cloud of a sand-like substance, and (under normal circumstances) control where this cloud goes, before reforming at will. At times she can move so fast in the dust form that she can strip the flesh from her enemies' bones.
Rockslide http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rockslide_%28comics%29
Santo has a body completely composed of granite, making him incredibly strong and sturdy. He has been known to launch his appendages before, but can't control them afterwards - he must pick them up and reattach them physically.
Mercury http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercury_%28comics%29
Mercury's body is composed of non-toxic mercury, which she can reshape or solidify at will, although she is still inexperienced in shape-shifting. Molecular adhesion power gives her the ability to cling to solid surfaces and move her body at will even without overt locomotive features.
X-23 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-23
Since she is a female clone created from Wolverine's genetic material, X-23's mutant powers are quite similar to his. Noted differences are the number of hand claws (she has two to Wolverine's three) and X-23's foot claws (which he lacks entirely). She possesses an increased Healing Factor.
X-23 recieved intensive training in ranged weapons, explosives and charges, and both armed and unarmed martial arts.
