RotS Anakin wins, for sure. He does not have to worry about Padme turning against him at that point. But as Faunus said he will pwn the imposter either way.

I always thought that Anakin right before he died in NJO would be a pretty good match for ROTS Anakin.

Anakin just cant beat him. Anakin is too good. Even if Anakin used all of his training, he could barely hurt him. He does not know how good a fighter Anakin actually is until he sees it himself. Either way, he or Anakin will surely find that he is not a match for him.
