Death's Head II (A.K.A. Minion) and Killpower once handed the Incredible Hulk's ass to him (BattleTide II issue #2)...so Death's Head II plus Deathmetal and Adrenazon should be able to handle Lobo. I mean, I really don't see how Lobo could ever hope to beat Death's Head II physically, the guy's indestructable and can reform himself even if torn completely in two. Plus, his weaponry is very advanced and powerful, and Death's Head II is used to tracking down and annihilating cosmic scum all across the universe...Lobo shouldn't present too much of a problem that Minion can't handle...
