Death Ninja literally can't die. Deathstroke would die if his head was cut off. In the comics, Deathstroke would win. On these boards, Ninja wins.

Deathstroke is a considerably more dangerous dude, but doesn't mean he can kill Death Ninja. The latter will be knocked out sooner or later, but will be back to haunt Strokes.

What would Death Ninja do? Deathstroke got back up after his brains were blowed asunder.
