Very similar abilities but I think Green Lantern has accomplished more impressive feats.

Maybe it's just that I haven't seen any of Stewart's good showings, but yeah, from SS I would say that Dr. Spectrum is cooler. Out of curiousity, was Dr. Spectrum actually a Dr.? I seem to recall him being an astronaut.
