full powered Spectre is the embodiement of the Presence's wishes- well, at least that's the theory I've quietly been attempting to get KMC to accept.very, very few comic characters could counteract a full powered Spectre with none of the standard rules upon him/her.

IE, Galactus loses.

I don't think we have ever seen a full powered Specter, however much less is needed to crap on Galactus. The Specter takes it.

Galactus makes Superman his herald and let's The Kryptonian fight Spectre, whilst he goes and hides behind LT.

then, invoking DC omniversal law #4-2202-1: "SUPERMAN CANNOT LOSE", Spectre pawns himself.

Galactus comes out of hiding and stands victorious!
