strength is not the biggest factor in an arm wrestle, especially if the competetors are equal or close

which ever one has a better technique or skill in it would win. Im going with juggs just because i've seen him in a bunch of bars, and low lifes like that like to arm wrestle to proove themselves

dude, ive seen a guy that was half the size of this mamoth of a fellow break the guys wrist in an arm wrestle simply because he didnt know how to do it, he was just trying to overpower him

I'm going to have to give it Juggy here. Even current Juggy. He's still in the 100+ ton strength range, don't forget that. It's just his durability that's been weakened really.

Plus, have you guys ever really pictured this arm wrestle? Imagine Juggy's arm and hand. Now imagine Wonder Man's. Think about it.
