I have been speaking to some of my friedns about this, HOW DO THE ORDER COMMUNICATE WHEN EVERYTHING IS BEING WATCHED?, i am 75% percent sure that i have worked this out, browsing on JK's site, i read the rumors section and read this:http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d196/simoncurran/potterrumors.jpg

Think, "by an order member", i think it could be the two way mirrors, sirius gave one to harry before he went back to school and dumbledore said they have better means of communication than the fire in umbridges office. This is wat i think anyway, it seems to be the only reasonable thing ive come up with so far!

Really? How'd you figure that out?

Oh, I think I know. When Tonks has Harry and then sends out the patronus to Snape...yes, yes.

But how would it work for sending messages to people at the other side of the country?

But how would it work for sending messages to people at the other side of the country? Pictures. They use pictures to send out messages. Like between Hogwarts school and the OotP hideout. So the answer is Patronus's and pictures.

Edited: Why did you sound ***** in talking about the patronus thing, like I'm stupid.

i think they use number twelve grimalud place and apparate there

but if theyre at hogwarts they cant apparate there

but, the patronusses can be intercepted as with owls and the floo netwrok, because snape got the message not hagrid who tonks meant the message to be sent to orginally. but with those mirors, it is more efficient and more inconspicuous than sending patronusses around everywhere, who would suspect someone looking into a mirror?

Pictures people! Just like how DD used that picture of Sirius's relative to communicate with people at OotP Headquarters.
