Both Shang and Chi? Not a chance.

Noob and Smoke have nice teleporting attacks, so they might have a chance. At least it wouldn´t be FLAWLESS VICTORY to Shang Tsung and Quan-Chi...

It would. Shang can teleport either.

Its a shame, I love Noob Smoke too...
