Dragon, Shiva and Chi are all pretty much equals with Tiger being only slightly less skilled, so team one edges out team two in terms skill with a very narrow margin. That doesn't necessarily mean that Team 1 wins though, as Shang Chi can augment his physical attributes fairly drastically with his chi making him not only arguably the most skilled of the lot but the most powerful as well.
