I have to go with Doom in this one. Not in spite of the pics you posted but because of them. Guardian (in a typical comic book moment) explained to Doom exactly how he was able to get past his shield which ensures one of two things: in their next encounter Doom will have altered his tech to prevent this from happening again or Doom would depend more on his magical shield.

Well the thing is if he does generate a different field Guardian can actually pick up the new frequency and do the same thing.

I suppose there is a chance that Doom might not be able to counteract Guardian's control of his force field, unlikely imo, but possible. If he can't , I imagine he would just depend on magic to win.
