Yes Bats did beat Dredd....."In a DC book".......Dredd comics are not "super hero" comics.....They are political and social satires...very funny ones at that.....It would be very funny to see Dredd beat Bats over the head with his "day stick" and the give him 10 years in an Iso-cube for fighting crime without a permit.....Frank would be taken out in 3 seconds with a heat seeker bullet right to the head...."Punish the guilty and keep the innocent nervous".
