well cannon ball would get this if he wanted to risk sacraficing that much power just to take iron man out but if he does than the ball has got this if not it goes to iron

course you have to consider that fighting Ironman is like facing shield with all of its tactics.
This would be a hard battle.

Iron Man. He's got more versatility: weapons, armament, everything.
