okay I know in Jokers Last Laugh, Nightwing kills Joker... but who revived Joker??

does any one have scans of the entire issue of Jokers Last Laugh #6??

I think Batman resucitated him, but no scans. Sorry; pretty poor story anyway, in my opinion.

Nightwing did not kill Joker. He gave him a very nasty beating that nearly killed him. He manage to survive....

However I can tell you what trigger such reaction from Nightwing. He thought Robin (Tim) was murder by Killer Croc. So when he confronted Joker (who was responsible for letting Killer Croc on the loose) inside the chapel all his rage was released on The Joker.

To make things worse as Nightwing was pummeling joker with his fist. The joker mentions Jason Todd (who was then believed to be death but recently was resurrected) and laughs......Nightwing lost all his cool and tried to kill Joker.

LOL... if Joker died Batman may as well die!

There is some weird kind of connection between them like one can`t live with out the other or something.

It's part of the mythology....Good and Evil have to co-exist blah, blah, blah....

Batman came just as close to killing Joker. After that beating, Joker's face looked more like a squashed bunch of grapes than a clown.

I'm asssuming you're talking about Hush storyline right? I agree, if it wasn't for Gordon, Batman would have killed Joker. Quite a disturbing image of The Cape Crusader.

Yeah, Hush. Sorry, forgot to mention that. I thought it was a brilliant scene. Number 4 on my Greatest Scenes in Batman Comics list.

What is Number 3, 2 and 1 then?

1. Batman defeats Superman in DKR
2. Batman confronts Joker in the fairground in Killing Joke and asks help.
3. The battle with the swat team in Year One.

Classic... I love that miniseries. Better than DKR by miles IMHO... but have you ever read the original Nightwing miniseries? It came out about a year before the Nightwing ongoing series and was IMHO brillianT!

So how come in Nightwing's own series the issue after, Nightwing is all "I Killed the Joker" "I really did kill the Joker"
