Well Spiderman is a nother story. I think he wins 9/10.
Spidey is too versatile. He is fast, agile, webbing, spider sense and
he is, according to some new sources like wikipedia class 20.

Cap has already manhandled mr. Hyde. Anyway, Spider-man should win this but not because of ABC logic, but because he is a lot faster and the strength difference is not that significant (as in ranging from 70 tons above). He is warned for every attack Hyde would pursue due to SS and similarly counter them. Spider-man has every bit of an advantage towards him with the exception of strength and probably Hyde's durability which is pretty inconsistent.

Could Hyde withstand the temporary paralysis induced by Spidey's new stingers?

He also fought him with a sprained ankle in a penthouse years ago aswell, hyde had him beat in strength and durabilty but after spider-man webbed his face and threw him through 5 or 6 walls and off the top floor of a skyscraper Hyde wasnt getting up...(well ok he did but he fell down again straight after)
