Guy gives Daredevil a hard time, I think it's only fair to say he would give Nightwing a good fight.

I still think it's rediculous that Bullseye gives Daredevil as much trouble as he does, but he does it. If he can do that to a guy with senses like Daredevil, he should be able to pull a majority of wins against Nightwing.

I think it could go either way. Nightwing's better at martial arts, but Bullseye's throwing ability was good enough to kill Elektra and to make the Punisher look like a fool.

Who knows if NW is a beter martial artist artist. Bullseye is highly trained as well. Nightwing is probably slightly more agile than him though. Could be a good fight. Slight edge to BE though.

The only way is see Bullseye winning is if he spots Nightwing first.

Nightwings agility feats and training trump about every other peakhuman character. Nightcrawler might be the only one to be able to compete with him (And he has a superhuman agility combined with his acrobatic training).

Never seen any spectacular agility feats of Bullseye. Whereas Nightwing makes them in about every issue of his solo series, for example.

Those feats I posted are just a tip of an iceberg...

I'd say Nightwing is (way) more agile and faster (he is faster then Batman) then Bullseye. I'd actually give him a slight majority in this fight. Where as Bullseye can hurl his objects very, very fast, and very very very very accurately, I doubt that they are going as fast as bullets fired from 20+ SWAT team members:
