Before anyone complains about putting BRB above Surfer, they should keep in mind that BRB was able to bring down enough energy to kill himself and his similarly powered enemy whereas surfer could never kill BRB with an energy blast.

Surfer's body will almost certainly contain more energy being a conduit for the power cosmic but BRB has access to far more power via mystical means.
