yes...but its all about what the other person submits....

Positives:
Nice background
appropriate word
rain ads a nice effect to the bakcground

Negatives:
The rain is a little awkward over the figures
The second figure (blurry one) was not well added. It could work, it just needs to be brought into the background more.
Glow on text is a littel intense.

Bonus:
added one appropriate word.

On a scale of 1-10, 5 being average. Id' give it a six, but I have high expectations. In answer to your question, yes it was good enought to win. Would it beat Lana, no, but I could see myself picking it.
