Considering all the piracy scandals, I doubt this is legal. Especially the ones on youtube. But, whatev....

well if its licensed, i guess yea, but if it isnt thats another story. Technically it would be illegal even if wasnt licensed in the US, but really neither Japan nor the US would lose profit. Most ppl who watch fansubbs cant speak japanese, so therefor why would they buy an import w/out subbtitles? the US makes no profits off of unlicensed series so there, pretty much the same w/ manga. ^_^

However, I see many of the anime being posted on this thread are licensed.
Remember, unlicenses anime usually don't stay unlicensed forever. After you've downloaded it, why buy it, right? The morality of it should be for another thread, though.

True, true the ones listed are licensed, so therefor its illegal X_X lol But however, the sites they are listing dont allow you to download them, but to view them. I think that's alright, because you may not end up liking it and that'll save you money. I, for the most part, do go out and actually buy the anime once it's licensed, cuz otherwise it wouldn't be fair.

Technically, yes it's illegal. By law, it is. They are displaying copyrighted material made for profit for free.

not worth debating on...half the world is illegal in one way or another so it's an everyday thing already! too much debates these days anyways no need to bring another issue in!
