Deathstroke.

They both shot each-other in the head and Deathstroke is the only one to wake up.

Although Deadshot is an amazing assassin, he's the man who never misses, Deathstroke would be able to stay alive....Where as Deadshot won't be able to heal.

its happend he shot deathstroke in the comics and deathstroke woke up

Deadshot shoots Deathstroke in the head. Deathstroke pumps Deadshot full of bullets, passes out, then awakens again to Deadshot lying dead in a pool of blood.

Deadshot wins at least 5/10, he has more then enough to put DS down for the 10 count.
