Why

He should be respected! He is one of the oldest Spider-Man villains, is very smart (he constructed his own devices himself) and has bested Spider-Man many times (And with only the stuff he has, it's pretty impressive).

He May not have any powers But he should be respected he constructed his suit and his gauntlets

isnt his costume made so spidermans webs cant hold him or something?

Yes his suit deflects blows and makes him difficult to grasp
