Maybe Silver Samurai, Stone, Ra's Al Ghul, Elektra, Batman, Slade, Wolverine, Kirigi, Black Panther....

There are others, but most skilled fighters in comics are skilled swordsmen too these days.

Nightcrawler or Blade are two that people don't realize are good with swords.

Blade. I mean sword is his standart eqipment.
Batman doesn't carry any in his belt.

I would also like to nominate Miho (Sin City), Ian Nottingham, Sara Pezzini (Witchblade), and Psylocke (X-men).

Redcross Knight (St. George as portrayed in legend) from Fables. He was one of the last to fall at the Last Castle as the refugee Fables fled the conquest of their homelands. He was holding the roof of the keep against an army of goblins, trolls, giants, and other assorted monsters and could not be beaten. Eventually he was taken out from above by dragonfire. With nowhere to run, this one got him.

Yup. He has comics now. He's beats the hell outa pretty much anyone else in this thread at pure swordsman skill, even though he'd lose to a lot of them if you added their powers to the fight.

Because if Wonder Woman wasn't a Superhuman, she wouldn't have much. She would be just another psycho with a sword.

I don't think Jedi should be considered, simply because they use the Force. Take that power away, and they're basically naive kids with sticks. Anyone in this thread would own them.

If we included powers, we'd have to say Flash is the best swordsman by default. But that would be dumb. So to remain coherent and purposeful, it should probably just stay as "fighting skill".

That said, by my own definition of just skill, I still don't see anyone Drizzt would lose to. And he does have some comics.

No mention of Nemesis? she's very skilled with her Onyx Blade.

The flash doesn't use a sword. that's what this topic is about. people that ARE Swordsmen. We can toss a sword to Superman and this discussion would be over. LOL, as for as being naive kids....they been trained with sabers at a very young age. LOL sticks, whatever!!! Yah, having the force is a huge advantage over anyone else, but its part of their world in comics.

Grant it they come from Dark Horse and there will never be any crossovers to DC, Marvel or any others to compare fighting skills. Ooo well just my input on the subject.

Maybe the Swordsman himself? I mean, Swordsman was his name! Haven't seen much from Andreas, but he seems well adept in the role so far. Zemo as well and John Watkins, Citizen V.

Also Valkyrie, even though she easily could have overpowered him, and eventually did, she engaged in a battle of skill with the original Swordsman and held her own quite well. Also Black Knight's pretty good, given that a magic sword was his whole schtick for awhile.

Just like in the movie Hightlander Endgame, Connor fought and gave his life to Duncan so he would have their combined powers to beat Jacob Kell. Otherwise Duncan wouldnt have a chance of beating him.

Well that is not Entirely true because in pain of the gods storyline she met a woman who had taken away her super strength and nearly chopped her head off until well I forgot what happened but Wonder Woman ****ed her up with out her strength.
