hmm i was going to make one of these myself...i say cloud..at his best, he has omni slash and knights of the round materia..vincent is awesome, but he cant take a hit from kotr and still stand..

He's dead. He got shot cold as a Turk but they put him in a capsule and did all types of Experiments on him.

well can you still kill him becuse if not he wins he can be defeated but isnt this fight to the death if so vincent wins but if its just winning a match ill give it to cloud (as much as it pains me to say)
