dont know who the redeemer is or what he can do

The Redeemer is the Heaven counterpoint to Second Age Spawn, and is just as powerful. Eddie Frank was a kid that Spawn had saved that was turned into the Redeemer, Heaven's counter-spawn. He's just a powerful as Second Age king of hell. The scary thing is that Heaven has more powerful warriors than the most powerful version of Spawn.
