Adam of the Horn is Loki and Black Adam fused together, into one ultimate character, with all powers from each.

The Magneton is Magneto merged with Graviton, in the same condition as the two above......

Versus the JLA Big Seven and JSA, with minor changes.

For the JLA, the GL is John Stewart, and the JSA loses Jakeem, only to gain the Nightshade and Raven.

Fight takes place in Washington, with the Horned One having taken a leak on Lincolns shoes.....The Magneton just leveled the Pentagon.
They expect resistance from the hero population....

Expect serious raping brought on by Adam of the Horn to all super heroes present.
