what if bruce wayne took notice of all terrorism and the growth and popularity of it overseas and decided to fund and facilitaite his own counter terrorism unit. it would be under the rule of wayne enterprises with help from the government. i think that would be so cool.

But then he'd be linked to heroism... and even batman!

HE WOULD BE LINKED TO BATMAN. ALSO GROWING UP AROUND SO MUCH CORRUPTION LEADING TO THE DEATH OF HIS PARENTS AND EVEN BECOMING THE FATE OF HIS OWN TRAINERS WHY WOULD HE MAKE AND RELY ON YET ANOTHER ORGANIZATION IN THE WORLD WHICH CAN BE CORRUPT. THERES WAR IN GOTHAM WITHOUT HIM HAVING TO GO TO A NEEDLESS ONE.
