These two masters of chaos are only seperated by trivial boarders for the most part but their are some significant differences. For example, Tom was survived by his magical diary and Hitler hated diaries and anybody who kept one. And another big difference is that Voldemort was the most brilliant student to step into Hogwarts while Hitler was weak in a lot of subjects. Also, Tom was considered handsome before the severing of his soul but I don't think anyone would call Hitler handsome.
The biggest similarities are the desire to hide their origins. Hitler had his birthplace wiped off of the map and turned into an army base and Voldemort smothered his with an overexcessive anti-muggle mentality. They both thought it their birth right to rule a world/culture that is not solely theirs, and last but not least they always deemed themselves leaders even as young kids, as seen in young Hitler below.
