All the one's who are left are some where below the one's listed or I don't know much about them.

Before you say "well Strange beats mephisto so strange belongs above him" that's not true at all mephisto is a jobber to the extreme and is atleast skyfather he is fully capable of taking strange out.

What's the qualification for classification? Power? Skill? Resourcefulness? Are we considering people in their prime (eg Harkness, The Ancient One)?
