...hmm...just saw the no kb limit. I wonder if that helps or hurts me. Forays into animation are rarely good for me, but I'll have to see what develops.

Meh, no time today...I have about half of it done. I'll finish up on Sunday.

When's this 72 hours up? I ran into some unforseen crap these past couple days. Monday maybe, but if I don't get to it then I'm looking at Wed.

Stupid life....has to interfere with important stuff like sig duels. *murble*

Anyway, I may be requesting an extension....I'll let you know soon.

It should be up tomorrow around 5:30 pm my time (CST).

In that case, yeah, can I have an extension? (this is directed toward Skeets and amity). As it is, I work until about 6 tomorrow, so there's no chance of me making the deadline unless I turn in a half-finished sig.

Fine by me and I'll use the extra time to finish my own........

Blah, all that trouble for an extension and then I manage to finish it on time. ...I hurried to finish it before I had to go to work because I'll be busy again tonight with grass-cutting and homework.

Thanks for allowing me the extension though, but I'll be turning it in now....but take all the time you need SS...especially since you thought we'd be extending it.

A simple animation (it's only about 50KB) but I think it works well. It's 440x180. And I'm not sure if the quote works or not, but I liked it and wanted to include it. Enjoy.

Gadzooks! These are both nice sigs and have got me so excited that a bit of wee has came out. Both contain things I can't do (animation and transparencies) and I'm gonna have to sleep on this before I decide. (It's 12.07am in Scotland).

OK, here goes, DigiMark I loved your flying arrow animation and Sir Skeets I loved your wicker effect with the render superimposed on it and I'm tempted to call this a draw because they both feature effects that I don't have a clue how to achieve. However, it's no fun for the participants if a draw is called so I'm gonna have to go with Sir Skeets. Your colours were more dynamic and it was generally a more striking sig but consolation to Digi is that there was VERY little in it and it's taken me ages to reach this decision and I was so tempted to call it a draw coz both sigs ARE fantastic but at the end of the day - Sir Skeets is the winner! Yay!!!!

Hm. Well ok. Nice duel S.S. Good job with your sig...you've come along in a hurry. And thanks for judging amity. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little bummed about this one, but I realize it was close.

...now I think I'll take a hiatus from dueling for a while. School will dominate the next few weeks for me, so I'll have to be relegated to only a few sigs on my own when I can get to them.

But again, nice duel and thanks. Nice to see more Gimp users (i.e. interested sig makers who are too broke to buy PS) that are able to make quality stuff.
