I would say probably Nighthawk, he's used to messing around with people like Hyperion. I think he'd probably find Spymaster a bit of a challenge, but win overall.

Also, have you been reading the Iron Man miniseries Inevitable? There's a new Spymaster in it who's playing a pretty big role.

Remember that Spymaster is used to battling Ironman, so IMO his battlesuit is better than Nighthawks.
