i would say naruto, but you really can't compare these two. Naruto and him are in complete different worlds, as well as the fact that Naruto is trained to fight. Yes so is Kyo, but only in Karate.

Demon Eyes would own Naruto. Specially if he gets to be in his own body while fighting. Naruto might be fast and do rasengan one handed but his speed is nothing to Demon Eyes. Also he can be cut. Kyo would kill him before he knew what was going on with the phoenix move.

Kyo would dominate naruto and or any character from the naruto verse.
