Wow cool one. Diana's more physically powerful, but I'll go with Forgotten One due to the Eternals of Earth's insane durability and general versatility.

Does anyone have a picture of the forgotten one ? I honestly can't find any of galactus's (Supposed) first herald.

I think you are getting the Forgotten One (Gilgamesh) confused with the Fallen One (Galactus' first Herald).

More then likely

Although i still haven't seen a image of ether.
