Hulk has been chosen by the god Foxus the grey (I wonder who that could be ) as his avatar , he then outfit's him with relics from his past . The war armour , Stark pace-maker (Banner is able to turn it on and off at will) , thor's belt of strength and gloves and captain America's shield.

This 'Uber Hulk' now has to take on....

probally not, the belt and the gloves will make him tire early in the fight, the team wont be beaten that easily.
