Ok So I've had this virius for a while, and whenever I ran my anti-virius stuff, nothing picked up. So I ignored it, because everything on my computer seemed to be working fine. So last night I turn off my computer, and today I turn it back on and everything is back to the way I got it when I first got my computer. At first I was really happy, but then I turned off my computer and turned it back on, and the whol memory was whipped out again. So everytime I turn of my computer everything is whipped out, my music on iTunes, my auto-logins on websites, all of my downloads, my pictures. Is their any way to fix my computer, and be able to reatain all of these things? Thank you for your help.

Get rid of the virus.

It says that I don't have one when I search for it

Try a different anti-virus. Some programs don't always catch certain viruses.
