Iron Fist vs Captain America

At first, this would look like good showing for for Cap and a crappy showing for Danny. However, there are a couple of things to consider here:
1.) Earlier the day of this fight, IF had just fought the Wrecking Crew and had used his Iron Fist move once, meaning that he is not at his peak here while Cap is at his peak.
2.) Due to a misunderstanding, Captain America believes that iron Fist deliberately tried to kill Jarvis. Iron Fist, however, knows the truth is holding back the whole fight while Cap is not.

So we have a worn out Iron Fist holding back and STILL holding his own against a fresh, pissed-off Captain America.

He was sitting meditating and reading the book, he didn't even realise he did it, whereas before he used up almost all of his energy healing and left himself exhausted; now he doesn't even feel it.

EDIT: I just checked the two issues in question. In one he specifically dodges the shooter, and not the bullet. In the other, he has a warning from cage "Get down."

Neither seemed particularly impressive to me, but I can still post them if you like.

I think, realistically, Cage would have had to said something before or, at least, AS the shooter pulled the trigger.

I mean, if he shouted AS the shooter pulled the trigger, the sound of the bullet would have drowned out any shouting, and if he shouted afterwards, the bullet would have already hit it's mark by the time Cage says "Fist, look out" or whatever it was.

The explosives probably needed to be detonated in order to reach their full effect or something. At the end, when his chest symbol is glowing, it sort of looks like he absorbed some of the impact. Maybe he tanked some of it and absorbed some of it.

Reading through the current Iron Fist volume, Danny is pretty uber currently. He'd make Captain America eat his shield, Batman eat his boot, and Wolverine eat his claws.

It's gotta be some time, considering that Danny clean shaved before they went down there and by that fight his beard is long as hell. And he was STILL able to beat that crazy being.
