I am NOT paying 300$ To Have my graphics Reduced, Just so my Cloths can "Rumble and such and such"

No Thank you.
Its Shacky Technology, Not Proven, Need To Update Games for it.

It will probably be good to have in a few years when physics are a bigger part of games, but for now it's not worth it. Physics are still very new to games, it's a novelty right now.

Mišt
Wouldnt it clash with game programming though?

JKozzy
Not if they're being programmed for the physics engine.

MadMel
physics is relativlely new to games..like black said, it wont really be any help until a few years later..

isnt this physics chip seperate though?.. how would that reduce graphics if the graphics are on a seperate card?

the way the article was put.. the physics chip would be handling ALL of the physics and its related calculations by itself.. freeing up the other components to do their thing

until technology advances so that the graphics of such a system will exceed that of this generation's console, its useless and will never sell.
