The guns that kill anything is The Saint of All Killers. Different character.

Preacher is a vertigo series , wherein a creature (which was born from the union of a angel and a demon) lands smack damn in the middle of a church sermon . The only survivor is the pastor Jesse Custer who has gained the 'voice of god' anything he say;s has to be done.

The series is most notable for the main villain (Saint Of Killers) Killing their version of God.
