The setting is a small town without large buildings, but with large trees. Don't wanna eliminate web-slinging. Cap. Brit. is class 90 and if you don't believe me go to Marvel.com. I think Britain can pull it out. Each has their complete arsenal of weapons/powers.

They have fought before and the fight was pretty much even.............
