Diana would win but, and every one will be wounded for months to come.

Their only chance is to cut loose quickly on Diana and manage to disorient her through Sif teleportation ability, maybe if the Vakyrie can throw down for a while, Sif can mange to stab Diana with Dragonfang and kill her.
