With the end of the speed force this fight should finally be interesting. So we have Jay Garrick who in IC7 said that with his metagene he should top out at about the speed of sound (although I would assume he would fight at a somewhat lower speed) vs classic Quicksilver. Who wins?

Hmm. Classic Quicksilver was running at Mach speeds. It's probably gonna come down to fighting skills.

well if they now have just about the same speed, i think Jay takes it. He's more experianced and less of a arrogant dick. plus the hat is all class it just cool

They're both pretty fast but Quicksilver can move fast enough to be somewhat precog. That's a pretty small edge but Quicksilver takes it.

If Jay fights smart (like he always does), I still say he takes it.

Jay wins with his hat.

That hat is badass, like Cap's Sheild Badass. Yep, I've seen him deflect bullets lasers and blasts by taking it off his head and putting it in the line of fire or swatting them away with it.
