Wiki generally sucks.... I loked up Hourman on your link:

pretty vague... how strong? how fast? how durable?

stronger then spiderman I would say but his speed isn't anything too fast I think a car could out run him but I have a issue of JSA All-Stars were it took him almost a hour to run up over eighty flights of stairs and he was pretty exhasuted so that should give some idea of his endurance as speed

Terrific (too many tricks for Fury, though Fury's probably better at hand to hand)

Cap (Hourman has his visions, but in a straight-up fight he gets owned)
Sand (can be pretty uber when he needs to be...he simply stopped an earthquake once).
Thor (even Ultimate Thor's too much for the girl).
