I was looking my Program Files, trying to save space, and then I see this folder "Xerox" and a sub folder "nwwia" and no other files.

As far as I know, I don't have anything on my computer made by Xerox.

But when I went to delete it. It said it was in use. I checked Task Manager for anything that usually isn't there. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Can someone tell me how to delete it/or how it is there?

The thing is you cant, Xerox is a paper company or something like that

Start up in Safe Mode and delete it from there.

Also make sure you're running some sort of anti virus/spyware
