The Flash has been empowered by the uni-power, and amped up. Can he take out big blue?

No.

A lot of people give normal Flash the edge over Supes.

Normal Flash could take Superman. Giving him the Captain Universe powers is overkill.

don't underestimate supes, flash gets taken down by some pretty slow guys. remember, flash reacts first, that doesnt mean he can do anything about it

Flash very easy. Giving him the Uni Power is overkill indeed. I think it amps your power 10 times is it?

True Flash may get tagged by slow guys, but its usually PIS or CIS to make the story more interesting. When Flash fights the street thugs or villains in his gallery, he barely runs at mach speeds. Written without pis/cis, Flash beats Supes. With the Uni Power he does it picaseconds faster.

^Cosigned Supes and Flash is fair play, but Uni-Power just makes it too one sided a battle

Actually he can. He just risks being pulled into the speed force. But if Flash had the Uni Power, he doesnt have to use the full 10 times power.

I say that because when DD had it, he was going crazy at first. Then he controlled it and focused his senses so that he wouldnt hear things miles away. Then when he needed the power, he focused again and used the abilities to the fullest.

BTW, the Uni-power usually amps you up by a factor of 50, not 10.
