ok, there's prep to this fight, to an extent. Batman has all access to ALL of his gadgets, everything that has ever been mentioned or portrayed in a batman comic, movie, series ect. BUT he cant have access to any of his vehicles. so his prep is limited. but he also knows about the enemy, knows their powers/abilities, weaknesses ect.

Cap's got his shield of course

Batgirl(Cassandra Cain) has her standard equipment

and Wolvie's obviously got his powers/claws ect.

dude batman has done some ridicules things in the past man the devices he has been shown to use can take out superman.

Why exactly would you give Batman access to all of his gadgets in this fight? Kinda makes it unfair

Well, all those gadgets aside, Batman anc Captain America win this one.
