Basically whatever small movement you do now, like weither you chose to blow your nose and throw the tissue in trash can A or Trash can B can branch off into various other possibilities wich over time can end up destroying the world.

Example: Throwing it in Trash Can A, which is closer to you, You leave the house earlier and end up getting hit by a car.

Throwing it in Trash Can B, which is further requires you to walk off a bit, taking up a SLIGHT more amount of time, but in the end, as you elave your house, you don't get hit by the car as it allready passed.
